On June 26 and 27, 2021, Athenaeum is hosting 1:1 Zoom meetings with exhibitors. Scheduling opened June 12 and will close on FRIDAY, June 25th at 9 a.m. PDT.
To sign up for a one-on-one conference, follow these steps.
1. Register as a participant.
Please use your SCA name and a valid e-mail. After your registration is approved, you will receive an email notification.
- Log in to the Athenaeum site and review the Exhibits.
- At the bottom of the exhibit, use the “Request a one-on-one Conference” form to select the date and time for the appointment.
- When your request is processed, an email will be sent to you.
- You can view your requests and the status of your “Personal Schedule” when you are logged in on the Athenaeum site. The link is directly under “Event Schedule”.
